From task assignment to system running

Since the foundation of our company, we have designed standard processes of planning, building, reconstruction and operating of the enterprise’s connection systems and have successfully used this gained experience. Among the main stages of the creation of an enterprise’s telecommunications infrastructure, the following can be highlighted:

• Prompt provision of connection services to client’s building divisions and contractors at the building site as well as the remote control of building works from the head office.

One of our work principals is the establishment of a ‘single centre’ of responsibility for providing the client with the most modern connection services, making use of Mastertel’s own resources as well as the resources of other members of the Prime Business Group Holding. This enables us to aim at complete solutions, consisting of the following segments – consulting, planning, building of cable networks, supply of equipment, the establishment of the enterprise’s information system, connection services provision, investment, service guarantee and post-guarantee servicing. In summary the client receives everything from one source, optimising the client-contractor interaction process thereby having a positive effect on the target completion time and quality of work. It also reduces client’s direct and indirect expenses (time, supervisory staff wages and many others).
