• Licence to offer telematic services; No. 24195.

• Data transmission licence; No. 24432.

• Licence to rent out telecommunication lines; No. 24431.

• Licence to build telecommunications connections; No. GC-199-02-27-0-7710436796-026741-1.

• State Committee of the RF for construction and housing and communal complex for planning buildings and constructions of I and II level of importance in accordance with the State Standard.

• State Committee of the RF for construction and housing and communal complex for building and construction work of I and II level of importance in accordance with the State Standard.

• Licence of Federal Security Service of Russia for exercising works, associated with the use of state security information.

• Ministry of the RF for civil defence, emergency situations and post-strike operations of natural disasters of the RF to carry out construction, repairing, and servicing the means of provision of buildings and constructions safety.

• Ministry of the RF for civil defence, emergency situations and post-strike operations of natural disasters of the RF to carry out fire prevention and extinguishing operations and measures.

• Moscow City Telephone Network trust certificate for building and repair works on line-cable and cable-tunnel constructions, building and repair of fibre-optic connection lines.

• Certificate of Conformity СК № 12-01008 meeting the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2001 (ISO 9001:2000).
