The Company Mastertel, leading telecommunications provider in Moscow and St. Petersburg, has announced its new partnership agreement with Raiffeisen Bank to provide telecommunications services.

For a successful banking business one cannot do without an effective and convenient tool such as the organization of work within the bank or staff communication with customers. Through the application of communications technologies one can reduce the cost of customer services, increase mobility and allow transparency of internal business processes. Using high-speed communications channels allows financial institutions to create a communications infrastructure between data centers and offices with minimal time and cost.
Vitaly Ezopov, Executive Director of Mastertel commented: "In recent years, the trend was to have more stringent requirements for telecommunications infrastructures in banks and financial institutions in order to improve the safety and quality of customer services and to provide better services. As a result there is increased demand on the communications channels. Mastertel provides reliable and secure connection of primary and backup links to processing centers and server information systems of banks and financial institutions."
"Raiffeisenbank always pays great attention to the efficiency of business processes, including those that depend on the quality and use of telecommunications infrastructure. When choosing a telecom partner, we sought to choose a supplier of communications, who provides the most tangible guarantees in terms of service access," said Alexander Kazakov, Head of the technological infrastructure of Raiffeisenbank.
