Mastertel held a seminar entitled ‘CRM as a way of business optimisation’ on 23rd October 2007 in the VIP Hall of Moscow’s Central House of Entrepreneurs. General Directors, Heads of commercial divisions and sales departments, Heads of technical departments of middle size and small enterprises in Moscow all participated this event. The purposes and aims of CRM-systems were outlined by the Head of Mastertel’s CRM-project, Alexander Samodurov. Mastertel’s leading specialist in the area of CRM-systems, Alexey Pavlov, carried out a demonstration of a CRM-system in use. Terrasoft’s Development Director, Olga Ninko, reported to the seminar on the two partner company’s (Mastertel and Terrasoft) current agreements. A particular burst of activity occurred during the round table discussion of aspects of CRM’s practical implementation. “The use of CRM-systems increases sales volumes and improves customer services quality. In this sense CRM-systems are indispensable. And this is their main advantage, as everyone present could see for themselves”, said Alexander Samodurov, Head of Mastertel’s CRM-project.
