Mastertel has announced the launch of a telecommunications project for the Russian Automobile Fellowship (RAF AUTOASSISTANCE), Russia’s first company to offer a range of services to motorists throughout Russia and CIS states.
Due to a significant increase in membership, the Russian Automobile Fellowship needed to significantly expand its pool of dedicated phone lines for its own call center. RAF also needed to obtain additional high-speed Internet access lines to its central office. Mastertel’s solution was selected to best meet these needs.
