Company profile

The Victoria-Plaza business center was built and launched in April 2008. The new Victoria Plaza class B+ business-center is located in the prestigious historical center of Moscow at Baumanskaya Street, not far from the Bogoyavlinskiy Cathedral and the Yelokhovskiy Passage Shopping Center. It is comfortably located near the city’s central motorways. The complex comprises a ten-storey building with a basement and has a beam-column system, panoramic view windows and ventilated front. Its overall floor area is 27,000 m.sq.

The building’s technical equipment matches the highest international standards. Many services are available to tenants, such as: conference halls, fitness centers, cinema, beauty salon, canteen, café and a restaurant.

Case

High quality business management services are provided according to class-A building standards. The same applies to telecommunications services as they, first of all, must meet and even exceed the class standards of the business center.

Solution

By collaborating with ZAO Mastertel, the management company commenced as early as the building stage. In 2008 the contract was signed. It allocated areas of responsibility to the telecommunication’s partner. At the first building stage Mastertel created a powerful connection node, built a high capacity fibre-optic route from its nearest connection node and organized a vertical routing system, based on copper and fibre-optic cables.

It is most important to understand what the client wants and to offer him an optimum telecommunication solution, which would enable him to fulfill his business objectives. We view every client and project individually, as large corporate clients often have non-standard demands. Despite all the difficulties, however, we always find ways to meet them! Ways that suit our partners in terms of cost, quality and time.

As soon as tenants began occupying the business center, Mastertel started providing a full range of telecommunications services (high-speed Internet access, telephony, high-speed data transmission channels, etc.) to many clients.
