Merlion (Russia's largest IT distributor), who had already been collaborating with Mastertel for five years, entrusted the Service Provider with the transfer of its telecommunications infrastructure to its new office locaton in the 'Kubik' Business Center.

"Moving into a new office is a significant event for any company. Mastertel has once again managed to offer us perfect conditions for cooperation as well as the necessary resources and highly skilled team to perform work on this scale. We are grateful to our telecommunications partner for the creation of an IT infrastructure that meets all of our 'business process' needs"

Alexander Kolesnikov, Director of the Department of Information Technology at MERLION.

Mastertel's specialists were set the challenge of creating a fault-free, high-performance and highly scalable telecommunications system. Two high-speed channels were connected from the data center, where MERLION's central telecommunications hub is located, to the Business Center. The client's main requirement was that connection lines should be independent from each other, both logically and physically. This condition is necessary to ensure maximum resilience of Merlion's telecommunications infrastructure.

To address this challenge, Mastertel built two on-site fiber-optic cables, which entered the building through two independent links, completely independent of one another. Additionally, in order to increase fault tolerance, the connection lines were connected through Mastertel's support nodes.

"Mastertel pays serious attention to creating telecommunications infrastructures that are fit for any task or demand. At the same time, the customer's system retains maximum reliability and scalability. In this regard, our basic principles in dealing with business centers include: an individual approach to each tenant and their requirements; maximum fault resistance of the telecommunications system; flexibility in the setting of tariffs and, finally, utmost work efficiency. We focus on the facility's general conditions and strive to form a flexible services package corresponding to current market trends. Each project gives us pride. In project implemention, we have once again proven the high level of our specialists and professionals and their status among connection Service Providers"

Denis Kazachkov, Head of Active Sales Department at Mastertel.
