Reconstruction of a failed connection is carried out by a daughter building-construction company, working in a round-the-clock regime.

The rental and purchase of fiber optic lines is a cost-effective investment as the cost of this solution is significantly lower than the expenses associated with laying ones own cable. In addition, economy is achieved by transferring the responsibility for the servicing of fiber and (or) data transmission equipment exclusively to Mastertel.
