All buildings under construction need to be linked to the city’s existing engineering networks. To provide normal working conditions, a building requires connection to power lines as well as heating & water supply systems, drainage etc. Of no less importance are the connection lines. Even before beginning building, the developer has to draw up a preliminary plan (this is the ‘P’ stage, where all possibilities of linking external facilities are described). Later, during the building’s commissioning into use and acceptance, a detailed working plan (stage ‘R’) will be required. During the project design work stages, qualified contractors have to be called on to perform project work. Mastertel performs the planning and construction of a buildings’ external connection network, its telecommunication terminals, the telephone channeling and external connection channels, etc.

Our trump cards are our experience and vast technical abilities, enabling us to fully link a building with external connection networks, starting with the planning and ending with the commissioning into operation of completed communications. When ordering external network construction, the client recieves the full package of documents required for commissioning and acceptance by the State authorities.

For example, if our client needs a copper cable of the Moscow city telephone network for telemetry probing, we perform our work according to the technical requirements of the Moscow city telephone network. In each and every particular case, all in-line documentation is prepared accordingly. This is vitally important for prompt project approval.
