Dedicated digital channels provide the means by which a high quality, reliable and high speed connection may be achieved, all possible thanks to the allocation of already available resources from existing or new fibre-optic lines. Working with dedicated lines ensures simultaneous Internet access for all users of local networks, as well as the possibility of setting up ones own mail, www, ftp, dns and proxy servers without any additional hosting expenses.
Mastertel provides Internet access services based on dedicated synchronised data transmission channels.
The main advantages of this service are:
- Access speed from 64 Kbit/s to 1 Gbit/s;
- Ethernet/FastEthernet/GigabitEthernet, N*E1 (G703, 2048 Kbit/s), STM-1/4/16 connection interfaces as part of an IP-VPN virtual private network;
- Possibility to enlarge the number and set of services easily and promptly;
- All terminal equipment is supplied by Mastertel;
- Non-failing connection based on frequent reserving of channels and round the clock network monitoring;
- Mastertel’s engineers can service the client’s existing equipment.
Once the technical complex has been commissioned, Mastertel (aided by a global monitoring system) will carry out constant control and servicing of all network elements, will improve its structure and raise its carrying capacity according to load increases. A technical support service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
